25.01.2022 DRAW for THURS/FRI 26th & 27th NOV. ** VERSION 2 ** Please note that all teams in the Development Divisions will play another round game this week, and then the top 2 teams will progress through to the Grand Final. Divisions with two pools will play a cross-over semi final series for the top two teams in each pool; other divisions will be top four; and of course our U7 & U8 teams will play through til and including Grand Final night on Friday 4th December. Good luck to all teams!!

16.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to all the Sharkies named in Townsville teams to attend the Qld State Cup on the Gold Coast later this month. MENS OPEN - Nick Pecchiar (Coach), Jared Townson, Nathan Searle. WOMENS 20s - Trinity Mitchell, Emily Batten, Brianna Cassady, Montaya Hudson MENS 20s - Jared Heilbronn, Shameus Edwards, Lachlan Brown, Jordan Seeto (Asst Coach)... Qld Touch have billed the event as the premier competition for local associations in Queensland, giving the opportunity for players and officials alike to come together and represent their local association in a fun, enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The event will run at the Coomera Sports Park, Gold Coast from 27-29 November, as part of the 2020 Festival of Touch.

12.01.2022 Sharks Touch would like to acknowledge and congratulate all our junior Sharkies who were selected in QTF Youth Academy teams from the Touch Football Australia National Youth Championships (NYC) on the Sunshine Coast. These teams play an important part in the youth development pathway, allowing players the opportunity to represent their NRL Touch Premiership Broncos, Cowboys & Titans permits.

11.01.2022 As we enter into the finals series; often as coaches / players / managers / parents, we get a little more passionate than usual, which sometimes results in inappropriate behavior towards officials! Sharks would like to take this opportunity to remind our members that as a club; and within the Association, there is a ZERO TOLERANCE stance on any abusive behaviour! To date, our sportsmanship, on and off the field, has been impeccable, and we’d like to think that as a club ...we will continue this into the TJT Finals series. It’s been an ‘abnormal’ season in so many ways - yet the one constant has been seeing our juniors enjoy this great sport, surrounded by supportive and positive adult influence. Let’s keep that up!! The club has a Code of Conduct (available on our website) and we encourage all our members to acquaint themselves with this heading into the next 2 weeks. We trust those that have now finished had a lot of fun; and of course we wish those still playing all the best in coming weeks. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all players, coaches, managers, referees, and parents for your support and understanding in what has been an 'unusual' season and look fwd to seeing you all back in the blue & black next season.
