24.01.2022 I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of my amazing clients a very merry Christmas Thankyou so much for your support over this wild and crazy year. ... I look forward to being able to help and support you through your health and fitness goals in the upcoming year. Stay safe through this festive season. Eat, drink, be merry but most importantly, enjoy your family, friends and your health.

24.01.2022 As Christmas is fast approaching us, I just wanted to advise you on my trading hours leading up to and over the Christmas break. December 14th-18th Monday 9-5... Wed 9-5 Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-5 December 21st - January 3rd CLOSED I'm taking a much needed break over this period of time but back to normal on the 4th January Normal trading hours will resume and back into another year in 2021

20.01.2022 I often here people say that the last time they went to a physio all they did for them was throw some electronic device on them and walked out of the room, came back and told them to rebook for another week. That makes me sooooo mad. That's lazy physio'ing in my opinion. We're not all like that. Just saying!!!

19.01.2022 Best type of physio...... getting some movement happening. Find something that you love doing that includes movement and just roll with it

12.01.2022 This is a little bit of funky Monday stuff. If you're a bit queazy, don't watch it. If not, look at how a bit of hypermobility can effect the knee

06.01.2022 4 weeks ago, I hurt my back. I've never hurt my back before so this was extremely new to me. I couldn't bend and I definitely couldn't lift anything. Of course I know all the things I needed to do to help myself but it felt like i wasn't progressing at all. I couldn't "treat" myself so I begged a friend of mine to help me. Far out, she was amazing but it was still sore. I am still training every day but with modified movements. I'm learning the difference between good... pain and bad pain. I'm learning to leave my ego at the door and know that moving is definitely the key to getting better. Last week, I decided to call on my pilates colleague, Annie, to take me through a reformer class. After all, i have this piece of equipment that is supposedly very good for lower backs. I preach it all the time. I have clients that can attest to it too. Well.......all i can say is, if you have lower back issues, pain, weakness..... reformer pilates is your thing. It wasn't easy. I worked up a sweat and I kid you not, I went from having pain with bending forward (lumbar flexion) to no pain at all. MIRACLE or just evidence that this thing actually works. I did another class this morning with the same results. I'm posting this message as I truly think and believe that this reformer is actually going to get me back quicker than i expected. If you have any questions at all about classes, costs etc, please drop me a PM or you can call Annie on 0407 800 332.

06.01.2022 Happy new year to all of my clients. Thankyou so much for your support Just a reminder that I'm back to normal hours as of the 4th January. I can't wait to see you all Remember, physiotherapy isn't just about treating injuries, it's also about trying to prevent injuries ... As we head into the new year, there's plenty of new years resolutions or goals to get fit and healthy again. If you are wanting some advice on how to safely do this on the exercise and fitness scale, please give me a call, sms, pm to organise an appointment so we can discuss your goals. I can't wait to see what this year brings. Happy 2021. May this year be the year of love, laughter, health, fitness and happiness.
