20.01.2022 Mum, Im hungry, what can I eat? Need a quick recipe? Go ahead & make enough for later Anzac Bliss Balls... Melt 150g golden syrup & 175g coconut oil together. Add 150g chopped dates/Medjool dates Add 200g rolled oats (#Gloriously Free GF Oats) Add 100g coconut flakes Roll into balls (I made 25 bliss balls) Toast until golden in a moderate oven. Enjoy

18.01.2022 Hi, Im Sharon! For those new to my page, I thought I would take this opportunity to reintroduce myself. Firstly, Im a wife & mum of 2 now-high schoolers. Woo hoo made it . I have found that every stage of life presents new challenges and opportunities. This stage of my life, while always busy with family, is now giving me the time and ability to do what I love - connecting with people, understanding and helping them work through what to eat to increase their energy and v...itality through the power of real food I havent always worked in this field! While I was always interested in alternative therapies and loved all things food , I actually did a business degree and was half way through my financial planning studies before moving to Emerald in early 2002. It was in 2008 that my focus turned to food to support my childs health issues. There were many years spent voraciously reading and recipe testing before taking the plunge in 2016 to study to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. (Im still studying but will fill you in on that at another time). If I had to pick a niche, I would pick women in their mid-late 30s/40s, women who are trying to regain their energy and vitality. 15.01.2022 Are you trying to get the whole family to eat a little better? FOOD HACK #1 - Convert the familys favourite meals. We had nachos last night. I searched the fridge for any vegetables that needed to be used up. Onion, garlic, mushroom, carrot, zucchini, red and yellow capsicum made it into the mince. I served with diced tomatoes and shallots, shredded lettuce and avocado.... This meal is on high rotation at my house! I have also never had any complaints from their friends when they eat with us MEAL HACK#1 - Cook once, eat twice Make enough for leftovers - breakfast, lunch, dinner? Pop some in the freezer for when you need a easy meal! Saves the time poor parent and is more cost effective than takeaway.

Waking up each morning, I want it to be peaceful and not chaotic. I also want to know that they are eating well. Ive just boiled eggs, started the base for breakfast smoothies, washed fruit in ACV and baked items for school lunchboxes.

Week 1 (below photos) saw us discuss the importance of breakfast and transitioning away from a carbohydrate breakfast to one that incorporates proteins and healthy fats! A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) practices functional nutrition. I am trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and to assess the functioning of your organs and organ systems. My main focus is to identify the underlying cause of those pesty symptoms your body is experiencing, and to correcting the imbalance through diet and lifestyle changes. Why is there a massage table set up in your clinic? NTPs perform functional evaluations! Great Protein & Fat sources to add to your morning porridge - good quality protein powder, nut butters, chia seeds, hemp seeds... I have the kids home today so put together porridge to suit them. I have stirred through a flavourless collagen, ground hemp seeds and popped stewed apples over the top for sweetness.
