Just a reminder for all that are booked in for a phone reading If you do not pay by the cut off time and date in your message once your appointment is booked your appointment will be cancelled. If you decide to pay online after the cut off date and time you will be refunded. Numerous times I’ve had clients do this and it means that I have to work when I’m meant to be having a day off or will have to be told that they are very disappointed that the...y are missing out and berate me as if it’s my fault. It’s not fair on me, Sharona or the clients waiting on the list that would gladly take the spot and pay on time. 15.01.2022 Good Morning Everyone, Yesterday we emailed all ticket holders regarding the change of date, and in light of what has happened over the last 24 hours and Wests Leagues being closed for a deep cleaning, although we did not want to re-schedule we do believe that this is the right thing to do. Thank you for your support during COVID-19 and understanding. ... Sharona & the Team have been in discussion with Wests Leagues Club over the situation caused by COVID-19 and at this stage, they are unable to guarantee that we can host the event on the 14th August, 2020 as was re-scheduled. The new date is NOW the 9th April, 2021. We regret the need to change the date, but unfortunately our hands are tied regarding this and we understand everyone's frustration, as it is the same for ourselves. If you have tickets you do not have to do anything we will have a guest list at the door and be in contact again prior to the event. We trust everyone understands and we look forward to have a great night next April! Bring on 2021! I think we all need it. Sharona, Amee, and the Team.
