23.01.2022 I am such a lucky lady. I bought a new stand for my embroidery cotton off Ebay & then I had to fill it. I also have a box of I don't knows & a pink box of super cheap ones. I am set for any pattern now

17.01.2022 I'm putting my hook down now 4.30am & the kookaburras have decided to start laughing. Noisy buggers . Whilst making these donation squares I'm using every bit of the part balls I have. If it can't do a whole large outer row then it moves to an inner small row until there is not enough left to do any. I will whittle down my stash this year

13.01.2022 My first attempt at embroidering on a polo shirt. . It is just a test run on an old polo shirt hence the wrong side. And my initial pattern test on Calico. I think it has come up great, just needs a few placement tweaks.

13.01.2022 I know I was supposed to make more masks today but it felt more like a crochet day than a sewing day.... I made another square to donate & started my next blanket. Red & yellow & pink & green, purple..... I've even got yarn picked out for my next one too

08.01.2022 Tonight I did my 1st solo run at an embroidery pattern. My 1st success was getting the pattern onto the SDcard so the machine could see it. The machine then jammed (user error) and it unhooped . 2nd win was I managed to get it lined back up pretty well. Another hand towel completed for Mum

03.01.2022 I got to do some more practice on the embroidery machine today. I was stoked when I got my B hoop to work. I tested a Xmas pattern, but I'm not fussed on it. I finished my earrings from last lesson & tonight's lesson is the Santa pouch which will teach me applique.
