16.01.2022 On Sunday I was invited to join a free Om chanting circle at the beautiful Ujjayi Yoga room, lead by Claire Holloway from Bright Beginnings Yoga. It has been years since I last participated in a chanting group so I couldn't wait to get there. My last experience was in fact before I became a mum, back when I lived in Sydney, but I distinctly remembered the vibrations and energy generated during and after the sessions. Incredible. What exactly is OM Chanting? It's is a practic...e that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. The practice transforms negativity into positive energy, helps purify the local environment, and supports the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants. AND it's fun!!
