20.01.2022 I have had the best day. I am grateful for spending the morning in my garden it fills my soul with pleasure. Then this afternoon i am Grateful for being on my own to enjoy the freedom to create my abundace collage. A candle, scissors, paper and glue was all i needed to have so much fun. I danced to Celine Dion, cut and pasted like a child and felt JOY. Way to go Sharry. Lucky i recorded the meditation from the last workshop.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, its been sometime since I have been on my page but Im back. This last year has seen massive change in my life which has been both a blessing and a challenge. I wish to develop my work further and provide a service of support and kindness to anyone who asks for help. Lets start by taking some time to contemplate the new year. I was shown this post from Caroline Myss this morning on FB. It is a very interesting read and I have spent the morning answering the questions she asks. The first step to creating the life you want is to identify exactly what you want, then plan the steps to change and then action the plan. GOALS keep you focused.
