18.01.2022 My benchmark: Loving Vego Keto 1300cal with IF 8hrs window - down 5.2kg. IF alone didnt work for me, only maintained weight. Vego Keto made the difference plus pushing limits. Taking collagen powder, dont eat until 10000steps. Eat protein bars to reach 65% fats, 20% protein, 15% carbs. No alcohol, or no coffee. Found I can run/walk now. Yoga for flexibility, Weights for strength, Dance for cardio, and Bounce for combo. Soundplaysharonmcl for perfect weight and youthfulness. 15000steps or more. Very happy with results..
