17.01.2022 This afternoon I chatted with the lovely Dr Jodi Richardson about the anxiety so many are feeling right now as we have been plunged back into lockdown for 5 days here in Victoria. So many parents have reached out today to say they are struggling. We hope this chat helps you and reminds you that you are not alone. I want to you know right now, in this moment... you are NOT ALONE!!... It is tough! We were NOT expecting to go back into lockdown again right now. So, I have called the wonderful Dr Jodi Richardson and we are going to record an interview late this afternoon to try and lend some support.
