10.01.2022 STUDIO NEWS!! We are happy to announce that we will be back at the studio for most classes and personal training from the start of Round 3 on July 20!! GENTLE YOGA WEDNESDAY will be offered ONLINE via Zoom at 9:30am FRIYAY YOGA is back at the Studio 9:30am... MONDAY MASH UP, CIRCUIT, the HEALTHY HEART CLASS and FUSION will all be back in the studio from the 20th of July. Our Studio is a COVID SAFE business and we will be adhering to strict hygiene practices. Look out for directions upon entering the Studio. We’re looking forward to seeing you all in person, we’d like to thank each of you for supporting us- your words of encouragement, for showing up online, coming along to Bootcamp and generally being our cheer squad during the last few months! We wouldn’t be here without you and we thank you!! Hooray!!!
