A bit of nostalgia from my days as a sports journalist and photographer taken at the 2014 US Nationals in Irvine, California. Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps held a great friendly rivalry in the individual medley events and each still both hold one world record each - the 200m IM and 400m IM respectively.
