Thoughts = reaction = action = outcome We create our own internal dialogue which fills our entire being with feelings and sends signals of mixed messages to our brains. Sometimes these thoughts feel good and sometimes they feel really bad. We know what's a positive and a negative thought. We can feel it in our entire being.... Now, if you really stop and catch your thoughts as you choose to think them, you are able to rewire how you react and respond to them. What you think about, you create. At any time, you have the power to choose to create a new thought. What we think, we create. This is your choosing. When we create a thought, we react and then put that thought into action and the results of that action will appear externally as the outcome of our choices. 13.01.2022 Today my test was patience With everything going on in the world, we are all being tested on how we tap into and how we apply patience. Yesterday I noticed a new insect in the garden that I had never seen before and by the time I set about having my camera in hand, it eluded me. I gazed at the garden for hours looking for it and was mindful of how much patience I was tapping into while waiting for it to appear.... I woke this morning and I could see it humming around the garden a million miles per hour. So instead of watching out for it all day, I went outside and mindfully and patiently waited to see it at odd times. I was hoping it would tire and become less active than it was early morning. I had the camera, but it was still too fast and kept eluding me. Then this afternoon I decided to shift my focus and chase butterflies instead. I captured a couple of photos and then I noticed it hovering around the butterfly I was about to capture. Still going a million miles per hour, I patiently and quickly captured it. This is a tiny Hummingbird Hawk Moth. I had never heard of them or seen them before. Nature is so amazing. There really is something beautiful to seek each day.
