16.05.2022 It's been a year of many changes...I will be quiet here for a little longer before new exciting classes will start:) In the meantime, I'm going to teach tomorrow 1/7 at Zama Toowong, 6:30pm Vin-Yin class. I'm looking forward to seeing some of my favourite yogis!

15.01.2022 Such an humbling experience to be able to teach yoga to someone with physical restrictions. I have never realised the joy of getting off the chair to the ground until I saw it on the face of a beautiful lady on a wheelchair. And who would have thought chair yoga could be so challenging even when you think you can do the full pose! Thanks you Knoff Yoga for a wonderful weekend!
