25.01.2022 Verandah floor needed some love. Its now looking great and protected from the elements!

24.01.2022 Its been a while posting as we have been extremely busy working on some beautiful homes around town. This one was completed prior to Christmas last year. Just a Subtle color change.

24.01.2022 Starting to upload some pictures of completed jobs that have come up fantastic over the years I will try to regularly put up before and afters from now on

15.01.2022 A Stunning New home we completed prior to Christmas with a 6m high metallic effects wall at the front. Staircase with 2 pack finish and our standard 3 coat system throughout.

14.01.2022 Stunning Valentine street home

09.01.2022 Ceiling rose picked out

09.01.2022 Another home taken from ugly duckling to stunning. Color makes a huge difference and this client wasn't sure as to what she wanted, so we worked with her on color until she was 100% satisfied and we achieved an eye catching result for her. The leadlight on the front of this house was hardly even noticeable ( I know the blind is down in the picture) but the new colors even made the windows pop!

07.01.2022 This one is our latest completed job finished last week. This building is almost 150 years old. It was the original Quarry hill Primary school. It has also been a church but in early 2000's it was converted into townhouses. It still retains its heritage features including the original bell tower, which now looks amazing and is very solid given the age of it. The bell tower looked very plain when we started but we gave it our usual treatment and we once again have an extremely... happy client. I had a carpenter come in and repair rotten timbers whilst we were painting and now the home is again very solid. It always amazes me how well these old buildings stand the test of time and restoring them is really a labour of love as you know they will be here for a long time to come. This one had a lot of moving parts . As we had to get the building scaffolded to work safely, we had the power isolated by the energy supplier so the scaffolder would be safe as the powerlines literally ran across the front of the home. Whilst the house was scaffolded it was decided by the client to clean and repoint the roof which has added to the overall look. See more

06.01.2022 Some Faux Marbling work

03.01.2022 Some before and after of a recently completed project that looks great, and will do so for years to come. Owners wanted to keep the same color scheme just a freshen up. Looks ligher and brighter now!!

01.01.2022 This is an entranceway fence we restored. According to the owner it had only been built 3 months and the clear was already peeling off. It hadn't been prepared/weathered properly prior to painting and these types of timber are very oily and need to weather prior to clear coat. It hadn't been sealed on all sides either allowing water to penetrate and lift the clear. We stripped it to bare and applied 2 good coats of oil to the boards and sealed it up on all the backs and now the walls look fantastic as they should given they cost the client a lot to build. This one is a good example of why you should use a tradesman to complete the works.
