23.01.2022 2017 is now upon us. Now that I've celebrated my birthday (which is on new years eve - worst day of the year to have a birthday!), its time to focus on the year ahead. In life, we are often faced with obstacles which seem overwhelming, maybe you are facing one right now. Life is about balance, and when one side is weighing us down, it can throw everything off. Don't be afraid to reach out for help if you need it, life is too short to be in pain! Let's make a commitment to having a great, balanced year, with time for family, fun and life adventures...

03.01.2022 One of my coaches in Vegas many years ago taught me the power of "winning the day"... No matter how bad a day is, no matter how tough it hurts, pick yourself up, dust yourself and do just one thing to win the day . Many times I have felt beaten and bruised, yet I've always fought back and done one thing to win the day. It's amazing what a difference it makes to how we feel and how we act and creates a powerful sense of momentum, that no matter how bad it gets, we pick ourselves up and keep going!!!
