23.01.2022 Yay !! I have finished the Xero Course online and passed the test with 95% - so now I am classed a Xero Certified Advisor. I am going to put my own set of books on Xero for practice. I love learning new things :) After a busy month with payment summaries & getting my new clients books in shape & ready for BAS time I had put Xero certification on hold. Today was a free day- so hit it with a big stick. Thanks Xero for the online training & webinars. Onwards & Upwards
20.01.2022 EOY is upon us. You need to produce payment summaries for the past year before you can process wages for the new year. Ensure your wages & super for the year on your Payroll Activity Summary agrees to the Wages & Super expenses on your P&L. As well as printing the payment summaries save them under your documents. Then save the EMDUP file and upload to the ATO Business portal. Once you happy that everything correct and done roll over the payroll period so that you can process wages in the new year. Also don't forget to do stocktakes where necessary. These instructions are for MYOB users. Need a hand - give me a call.

06.01.2022 Busy day today :) Two new clients - 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon. Both with Apple computers so that was a new but welcome experience. Got the hang of them quite easily. A happy little chicken.........smiling from ear to ear !!!
