25.01.2022 Various projects for this client.

25.01.2022 This project turned a couple of garages & a damp disused unit into a very comfortable guest accommodation. We had to demolish & rebuild a lot to meet code.

24.01.2022 Carport Addition

24.01.2022 This project added cabinetry to BBQ, lounge & bar areas. Small balcony was enclosed to create a children's TV area.

22.01.2022 This project added a new entry, turned the garage into a bedroom & added a carport. Also opened up the lounge, kitchen, living areas by removing a bedroom.

20.01.2022 This project involved turning an empty warehouse into a Film companies offices & distribution warehouse. We added a mezzanine floor throughout. Twelve offices, board room kitchenette & bathroom upstairs. Kitchen, reception, bathrooms, copying & distribution downstairs. We pulled the roof off to add insulation. All walls upstairs are steel construction & building has ducted A/C.

17.01.2022 We have done a number of shop fit outs & renovations.

15.01.2022 Photo quality is not very good but this project involved turning an outside deck area into an inside dining room. We removed walls & doors & added a solid timber floor & large fixed glass window & bi fold doors under an existing roof.

12.01.2022 Deck & screening in Vitex timber

12.01.2022 On this project we joined two upper decks together & extended a roof over. Replaced rotted joists, decking, handrails on two levels & rebuilt stairs. Added a small pool side deck.

03.01.2022 On this project we turned the double garage into a very cool media room & added a carport etc.

03.01.2022 This project is nine years after a previous two storey addition we did which added a garage, wine cellar, media room, bedroom & bathroom. On this occasion we added a granny flat on one end of the house & a parents master bed/ ensuite & WIR at the other end.

02.01.2022 This project was one that we returned to over a number of years. We opened up walls inside for a new kitchen, added a new front entry including velux skylights & chandelier. Extensive deck areas outside & outdoor shower, metal cladding, front fencing, bi fold doors down one side & renovated the dual living quarters including a disabled bathroom.
