24.01.2022 Hey all, very happy to announce that our bitch has been confirmed pregnant via ultra-sound (although we definitely didnt need to!) Thankful as this breeding was through surgical implantation using frozen semen. To all those people who we have screened over the phone, we will be contacting you over the next few days for the next steps and deposits. Once puppies are born, if for some reason we have more puppies than expected or a deal falls through we will let everyone else know. She should be giving birth in under 4 weeks time.

22.01.2022 Our current litter at just over 4 weeks old. With each litter we have and will continue to expose and attempt to desensitze them to different environments and sounds. It also helps that our family owns a building company, meaning plenty of different sounds, surfaces and environments for us to develop our puppies. In our opinion it is crucial for the pups development to take them away from their birth place to experience the real world in increments that would benefit them. Pups did extremely well and we are very happy with this lot! ***watch till the end

22.01.2022 This photo was the weekend our pups went home to their new families. The pups were 8 weeks old. On that very same weekend, they took the puppy out to explore the world and bonded with her. These are the kind of responsible, pro-active families we look for when placing our puppies. Great work guys!

21.01.2022 What we love about the German Shepherd breed is how versatile the dogs can be depending on genetics and training. We have had expected roles used for our dogs from sports, security, protection, family guardian etc, but this ones a little different. - Here is one of our male pups "Lassie" under the age of 1 year old, learning how to herd sheep with its owner. This pup travelled from us in Victoria to its family in Adelaide and started the working life at arrival. - From what... we have heard and seen from Lassies owner, his stamina, control, clarity, and temperament to deal with different animals has amazed us. We briefly touch on the pros and cons on each situation and share our opinion on why we believe neutral dogs are the best dogs to have around young pups & dogs.... 17.01.2022 We are happy to announce that our bitch Shazu Eva has successfully given birth to 8 healthy puppies! 4 males x 4 female with bi-color and black & tan short coats. Eva is a confident athletic bitch and has been been socialized in different environments such as construction sites, train stations, public beaches & around children. She can happily function in all those environments, however she is naturally very territorial & protective of her home, car & family! The very trai...t that is missing from many modern German Shepherds. The stud we utilized in this breeding is a very athletic solid black male that is confident with a great temperament. The male is on his way to achieving his working titles in the sport of "IGP". There are 3 males and 2 females with a combination of bi-colour and black & tan coats amongst them. ***All the pups are accounted for and the families are very happy to say the least! ... 12.01.2022 Hope everyone is having a great Easter break! We just wanted to share this amazing video of a pup (under 6 months old) from our last litter with her family. Here is a young girl that with the help of her mum has set an excellent foundation and bond for their puppy. You can see in this video how they play and interact with each other that there is not only a bond, but a bond which will make training through distractions much easier in the future. ... Its usually difficult for us to explain how to interact with your young pup in a public place amongst distraction (kids, adults and dogs) but this video you can definitely see the pup focus on its owner and ignoring its surroundings. Oh and its super impressive because the pup is also off lead! This type of engaging "play" is a great way for a pup or dog to practice focusing on you around distracting environments. Keep up the awesome work :)

11.01.2022 Now that all the pups have found their forever homes we are happy to see the progress they are making with their new families and that they have and will continue the training we have implemented. 10.01.2022 **Watch the whole 1 minute video for her full Vet experience * Here is a female that we bred and put a lot of work in development. This female as a pup was developed by us before living temporarily with another family. The female then came back to live with us to continue training and further exposure to different exciting and a lot of times stressful environment. * She is an excellent example of why we put so much emphasis on appropriate socialization and exposure. B...y socializing we do not mean allowing a pup\dog to randomly and meaninglessly run up to strangers or dogs. We expose all our breeding & personal dogs to different evironments to slowly build up their confidence, with the main focus on showing them that real life pressures are quite normal in life but that it is ok as long as they trust us. *Not many dogs would do well being in a small area around other dogs, restrained by a stranger let alone allow physical pressure and minor pain of being held to have blood drawn. It is no pot luck or concidence this female was able to handle this situation and still be stable enough not to hold a grudge to the "strangers" (vet). She is a product of a thought out breeding & a lot of hard work. *She is also an example of how a breeder can provide the genetics however, the training, thought out exposure and development MUST continue on with the new family to have a well balanced dog. *She will be part of our breeding program in the near future.

08.01.2022 Heres a little test we put together for the final pup the night before she headed off interstate to her new family. If you put your volume up loud, you can hear that we are playing the sounds of heavy rain and thunderstorm as we get her to work on engagement with us and then to eat her dinner in the midst of the "storm". We were happy with the results and hope her new family is happy as well :)

08.01.2022 #WayBackWednesdays . around 2014 ~ 2015 Heres a video from one of our puppy owners training his 10 month old puppy that we bred, developed and helped him train. The owner was a first time dog owner, however, due to his hard work and implementing our training program, he was able to make the most of the pups temperament, prey drive and nerves. Its not every day you will see a 10 month old focusing and functioning close to kids, dogs and a operating helicopter

Check out this video and the stories of our male pups at this new building site. ... They have never been here before and we were happy with their reactions. They managed to stay engaged with us throughout the whole experience & continued to happy play, explore and followed us once prompted :) We will be doing the female version soon!

05.01.2022 One of our puppy people from the most recent litter doing some marker training, using lures to guide the pup into different positions. With enough successful repetitions she can fade the lure and use verbal commands in future eg. Sit, stay, heel etc. Lucky pup to have an owner that is very proactive in training! Great teamwork guys, considering the puppy is only 13-14 weeks old here!

05.01.2022 One of the most asked questions when someone calls us for a puppy is "are these pups good with kids? we have young children". The answer is YES our puppies are great with kids, however are your kids good with pups? We have our pups socialise with new kids all the time just like in the videos we post. By doing this, the pups have a lot of experience with different kids behaving differently each time they meet. You will have quiet kids, louder kids and energetic kids. However w...hat we dont do is allow kids to terrorize the pups! The pups deserve the respect of being treated as a "dog" and dogs rely on us humans to protect them from situations that can scare or hurt them. Having said all that, our pups are robust and seem to enjoy the rough play ***Check out our stories for examples of this. Hope you enjoy the photos & clips!***

04.01.2022 To all our current and previous puppy people and loyal page followers, we are so very grateful for all the interest we have received for this current litter. It shows what we are doing is not only beneficial in developing the pups but people now understand and realise how much work is involved in what we do. On average we recieve 10 - 15 serious enquiries per week and have to turn most of them down but those that we screen and are suitable go onto the priority/waiting list ...for the next litter. NB: To those who are waiting on any cancellations or deals to fall through, we will be in contact if any circumstances change for the current litter. To put this into context, all our pups are reserved by 6-7 weeks old! Kyah is also from our last litter and by the looks of it she is getting along very well with the family cat. _ Breeding stable pups, then placing them in responsible & proactive families to continue our work developing the pup into stable dogs will always be our priority. _... 02.01.2022 All the puppies from our last litter have settled in nicely! One part of that reason is genetics & the other very important part is critical development at an early age. The work we put in along with the work the owners are all putting in (even during lock down) is what is making this process successful. ... Heres our girl Jada, enjoying her day out at our kids childcare. Plenty of new experiences here for her to take in to build her character. 02.01.2022 We introduced the pups to solids a few days ago and they smashed it! We started them off with human grade single proteins to ease them into solids. Next step will be feeding them complete & balanced human grade raw meals from Urban K9 RAW which is what we feed all our pups & dogs!

01.01.2022 Hi all, we have been getting a lot of interest in our up and coming litter and happy to say, we have acquired frozen semen from a dog that we have been interested in for a while. We have just had our bitch Norsca (pictured below) implanted surgically with the semen and will find out in 4 weeks time whether or not her pregnancy is successful. Fingers crossed this takes because to say we are very excited about this breeding is an understatement! 01.01.2022 *Turn up volume* We put together a video of some of the brand new experiences we exposed our puppies to so their future families can see the work we have been putting in. The pups got to meet new people, go to Bunnings, play on different surfaces, meet new animals and a lot of other things throughout the video clip. ... Of course, without the right genetics, this would have been a difficult task. They were around 6 - 6.5 weeks old throughout this video. 01.01.2022 Pups are now just a bit over 4 weeks old. First time testing their nerves with sounds and objects. As you can see, we have a very uniformed litter in terms of looks, nerves and temperament. Very happy with the pups progress so far. Not only were they not that bothered by the sounds, they even chased it to explore. Still plenty of work for them to go through :).
