Perfect to lighten the load. - 1 cup frozen blueberries - 1/2 teaspoon cacao - 1/4 avacado - 1 scoop of prebiotic goodness ... - optional (1/2 teaspoon medicinal mushrooms) - 1/3 cup coconut cream BPA and guar gum free - 1/2 cup filtered water - pinch of pink Himalayan salt - optional sweetener of choice - Blend it all up. - topping: probiotic coconut yogurt Serving size: 1 ( generous serve) Enjoy!

15.01.2022 We are so excited! Back in Hewett Centre this Wednesday 10th June @6.30pm. Thank you so much to all in our yoga community. We could not have done it without you. Your support and patience have been tremendous and we are in awe with gratitude. We will still be running our sessions live online as well. Once again, namaste.
