21.01.2022 Brand basics ~ your style guide. A style guide is one of the most important things for your brand. It’s basically your brand bible. From something as simple as what colours (primary, secondary and colour codes) to appropriate uses of logos and variations of fonts. A style guide is something you will continuously refer to. It’s something that you will give to external suppliers to ensure they are correctly using your brand. It creates one constant underlying flow - no matter ...how, when or why someone is exposed to your brand. Style guides can be simple or complex, depending on your needs. 09.01.2022 Who remembers when toilet paper began a to disappear off shelves? When places and services began to close? When more and more of your friends and family began to lose their jobs? One of these friends, @chloejcamilleri aka event manager and project manager extraordinaire refused to be knocked down. She came to me with a plan to launch a page to profile local SA businesses that were OPEN for business in some way, shape or form. But, she needed a logo stat. Chloe and I have previously worked together for years and not only know how we work but trust each other. I promptly created something that met her brief - simple, predominantly for Instagram and could be used on a template I’m so proud of what she’s doing for SA businesses so please chuck them a follow and perhaps consider supporting local
