We wouldnt get out of bed for less Canapé Salmon roesti served warm topped with salmon pearls Entree Zucchini & prawn risotto, garnished with King prawn Main Individual beef fillet, pan fried med-rare, on a red wine & current jus, topped with tarragon butter. Just home after catering for 21st 2-7pm then just around the corner ( thankfully ) to another job to cater for an 18th 7pm -12 midnight Ti...ming couldnt have been better for us but whipping up endless canapés for 150 guests in total today has us both grateful that tomorrow is Sunday ! 17.01.2022 Feed back last week from a satisfied client. Michele Fried & I catered for her daughters 21st. Hi Caroline and Michele... We had a fabulous night and really appreciated your support and guidance prior to, and during our event. All the staff were terrific and went above and beyond to ensure XXX had a great night. As usual, the food was great but from my perspective, it was more about having the extra support. Given our family dynamics and the number of people, it was particularly reassuring to know that I only needed to organise a cake and dessert..... Nothing like a tofu rice paper roll and a hot Croque Monsieur to keep 130 x 21 year olds happy !

17.01.2022 It’s our last day for the year !!! We’re finishing the year off with a new recipe - it will be on the menus for 2021 and as a Christmas present here’s the recipe for the cashew paste - trust us it’s fabulous and it’ll keep for weeks in your fridge- delish on a slab of steak or with charred vegetables .Michele suggests you dilute a little with water & use it as a dipping sauce when you’re having your barbecues fabulous for chicken or vegetable kebabs ! Put these ingredient...s in your kitchen whizz and whizz up! 250 g toasted cashew nuts 75 g grated ginger 10g mustard powder 2 crushed garlic 100 ml light soy sauce 2 tbsp castor sugar 60 ml sesame oil 1/2c canola oil 125 gm tomato paste 110 ml rice wine vinegar Sounds like an unusual combination but trust us it works a treat! 14.01.2022 Some of the venues we cater at are so beautiful.. this garden is one of our favourites - we were here today catering a pre-wedding gathering for 80 guests. The gardens easily eclipsed our food !
