19.01.2022 The current parking strategy for Moreland is too much 'stick' and not enough 'carrot'. Council shouldn't be punishing residents who might need cars, (or visitors to Moreland). Council should be making it easier to get around, providing alternatives, and acknowledge that, for some people, cars are still necessary. I stand for working with the community and making decisions based research and data, to come up with a long term solution. One that doesn't involve blanket punishments or strict ideologies. Thanks Fair Parking Moreland for being the reasonable voice of facts and practicality.
