19.01.2022 Hi Everyone We have a new office position available, if you would like to join our great team send us an application by the 27th July This role is a 24-month traineeship in Certificate III Business Administration with experience gained through on the job training along with formal study through a Registered Training Organisation. There is also the potential to stay on with the business following the traineeship.... Some of the tasks that the successful team member will be undertaking but not limited to: The first point of customer contact - Incoming phone calls & greeting of visitors to the office Retail sales of Electrical items and light fittings General administration duties including the production of documents, data entry & general filing Work closely with general and operation managers Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff when required Liaise with site staff, suppliers, subcontractors & local authorities Attend & process requests for work order and quotes Scheduling jobs and managing workflow schedules Assist in preparation of invoices & quotations Creation of Purchase Orders to suppliers Assist/organise materials for projects including deliveries Assist & maintain stock management including stock takes ABOUT YOU... 14.01.2022 BEWARE OF DOOR KNOCKERS SELLING SOLAR.. One of our customers come in today after they had been approached by a door to door salesman selling solar, the salesman claimed that by installing an additional solar system it would eliminate their electricity bill... The system that was offered was $3,200 dearer than our top of the range system.... The savings that the customer would have made equated to $162.00 per quarter, a long way from eliminating their bill... Of course these salesmen are from out of town and never to be seen again. If you have been approached and signed up you have a 10 day cooling off period where you can cancel the contract at no cost. If you have any doubts please call us, our quotes are free and we will be here in town if something does go wrong...
