08.01.2022 HATHA/YIN Yoga class tonight 6-7.30 pm, at Shear Relief, above sports shop. All equipment provided, $20 fee. This class combines the more physical Hatha Yoga which focuses on muscles strength& flexibility, with meditative Yin yoga which focuses on connective tissue 'plasticity' and can aid range of movement through joints.
