20.01.2022 "Taken from our ACT Shebah sisters " Have you ever needed a Shebah Driver and the App says "No Cars Available" - even when you can see a car on the App. There could be a few reasons this happens.. 1. Perhaps we are driving.... 2. We may not have been quick enough to get your request. 3. We are a little further than the standard 15-20 mins away from your pick up location. However, this does NOT mean we cannot find a Driver for you. If this happens to you, we suggest you do one of the following: 1. Please try to request us again (sometimes we just miss your request). 2. Plan in advance and schedule your ride from 90 mins to 30 days in advance using the Advanced Booking feature. 3. If youve travelled with a local Driver before and have saved her mobile number - send her a text to see if she is available. 4. Contact us through our FB Page. Also, ensure both your Rider App and credit card/debit card details are up-to-date . Our Drivers are very passionate about providing a safe transport option for all women & children and will always do our best find you a Driver. See more

16.01.2022 Shebah has released an exciting new feature - Split Fare!!! Riders can now share the fare of their Shebah trip with up to 3 friends, splitting the cost of the trip up to 4 equal ways. This is an exciting new feature that we hope women all over Australia will take advantage of to travel safely without breaking the bank. For riders, sharing the fare is easy - once the rider books a trip they simply go to the Payment and Split Fare section and select the riders they want to... share the fare with from their contact list. Each rider has to have an active Shebah rider account to be able to accept their share of the fare. Why share the fare? Because sharing is caring! With Advanced Bookings you will notice a Holding Amount show ...on your Credit Card Account for the Estimated fare, the STRIPE System we use will check 12 hour's prior to trip time and if the fund's have dropped too low in your account the booking will automatically cancel. Please if this happens contact your driver and await to hear back from her before re booking, your trip will have also dropped off her App but the details of the trip will still be in her phone agenda.
