12.01.2022 *UPDATE* We are really feeling the love everyone! Donations and donation offers are pouring in and every little bit will assist! Our toiletry donations basket...s are empty! Are you able to help? We will gratefully accept donations of toiletries to supply to women and children fleeing domestic and family violence. We often have families come through our doors that have had to leave everything behind in order to safely flee. Being provided with these necessary hygiene items brings back some dignity into what is already a stressful situation. If you have any toiletry donations, or unused motel toiletries, please give us a call on 47 212 888. Items most valued are soaps/body washes, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorants and women’s sanitary items.

10.01.2022 Our awesome tech team have been really busy adding wonderful features to your rider app. You can now book an XL vehicle (if one’s available) and customise your ride, adding car seats booster seats and messages to your driver about your unaccompanied children. You can also book your fixed fare delivery (Shebah Drops) on the app.... All the good old stuff is still there and you can still book your preferred driver if you want. Make sure to update your app and check out the new features

10.01.2022 Announcement From November 1, advanced bookings can be anywhere from 90 minutes to 14 days in advance. At Shebah, we have made this change to ensure that advance bookings can be covered by our drivers.... Just a couple of things to consider when making your bookings: Did you know that you can only see available cars on your rider app? If we are on a trip we disappear from your map. We may be able to do your trip, we are just already on one! If you have the contact number of your fav driver, send her a text, she will get back to you with her availability. Did you know that If we are on a trip we cannot accept a new booking? So, keep trying, contact your preferred driver if you have her details and let her know you need a trip. This applies especially during our peak driving times such as between 8 and 9am and 2-4pm on school days, it's when our drivers are doing school runs. If you don't need a booking during this time it's best to wait until before or after these times to make your booking to have the best chance of a driver being able to accept your booking.
