06.01.2022 "Taken from our ACT Shebah sisters " Have you ever needed a Shebah Driver and the App says "No Cars Available" - even when you can see a car on the App. There could be a few reasons this happens.. 1. Perhaps we are driving.... 2. We may not have been quick enough to get your request. 3. We are a little further than the standard 15-20 mins away from your pick up location. However, this does NOT mean we cannot find a Driver for you. If this happens to you, we suggest you do one of the following: 1. Please try to request us again (sometimes we just miss your request). 2. Plan in advance and schedule your ride from 90 mins to 30 days in advance using the Advanced Booking feature. 3. If you've travelled with a local Driver before and have saved her mobile number - send her a text to see if she is available. 4. Contact us through our FB Page. Also, ensure both your Rider App and credit card/debit card details are up-to-date .
