25.01.2022 Last chance #Oktoberfest! A fresh Hefeweizen on tap and the Foundry Band kranking out the Cherman drinking songs. It’s all on from 12-4, music from 2pm. Prost! Also the last chance to see Rex Watts’ work on the walls before we regrettably have to bring it down. It’s been lovely to have it all there since Lockdown 2.0 but #allgoodthingsmustcometoanend.

23.01.2022 Nice to hear live music again. #keepinglocalalive #livemusicisbetter

22.01.2022 It’s all about the outdoors, people. #sonsoftheblues inaugurating our new beer garden.

21.01.2022 The band sounds great! Kommen sie!

18.01.2022 One of our beers made its way across the world, ending up in the hands of a YouTube craft beer reviewer from Wales. It's like seeing your youngest off on a long overseas trip. Watching his review was nerve-wracking, but he loved it! A 9 out of 10 banger. Lovely to have your work acknowledged from afar. Hats off to our master brewer, #bradiles.

15.01.2022 A little blues on a Friday evening. Good for the soul. #charliebedford #keepmusiclocal

09.01.2022 GF on the big screen at the Tappy. Finally. Bloody sun wouldn’t go down!

08.01.2022 It's a big weekend at the Taproom! Unfortunately no music on Friday night, but on Saturday we've laid in a big screen for the weirdest AFL Granny ever (but at l...east it's two Victorian teams...) from 6.30pm. Sunday is HUGE! We're squeezing in our Oktoberfest celebration from 12-4pm - Hefeweizen on tap and German drinking songs from Thompson's Foundry Band (2-3.30pm). Then while away the evening to the cool gyspy jazz of Django Fretts from 5-7pm. See more

06.01.2022 Posted @withregram @indiebrewers Victorian brewers have been left out of the Andrews’ government Hospitality Venue Fund. It would have been a fantastic opportunity for all Victorian breweries impacted by COVID restrictions. Breweries that operate hospitality components but have a separate General, Restaurant or similar license are eligible. Those with identical business models operating hospitality on a Producer License are not. Some of these ineligible breweries rely on a...s much as 100% cellar door sales. We have written to every relevant Minister and government department for clarification on this matter, but our requests are falling on deaf ears. We are asking Victorian brewers, suppliers, manufacturers, and supporters to contact your local MP, to make noise, contact media, contact Ministers. Let them know that breweries operate on a Producers Licence, which is excluded from the list of eligible businesses. What is just a technicality could cost our industry businesses and jobs, and the clock is ticking on the grants being open.
