19.01.2022 Double Whammy..... Tomorrow at 3:32 am we in for a second dose of lessons brought with the first Cancer New Moon last Month on the 20th of June. Its so rare to have two new moons in the same sign in one year, one right after the other. Can you hear the universe asking if you learned your lessons the first time around?... Its also the end of eclipse season with a massive does of lessons and information from spirit. How well have you learnt to mother yourself and you inner child? How are you feeling emotionally? What shit are you avoiding dealing with that you are continually projecting into the collective? Times to clean it up! So much of the work for me a this moon is to really allow myself to cry it out. 13.01.2022 My morning ritual always consists of a clearing and protection practice. I start my day with a 30 minute meditation followed by my yoga practice. These help me to strengthen and protect my aura, and thus prepare me to meet the world. I then either smudge or use a protection spray and chose a few crystals to wear depending on what I know I will need. ... For those of us doing any kind of healing or spiritual work, the practices of protection and cleansing are essential. To keep our bodies, minds and emotions healthy and clear. It’s wonderful to want to face the world from a place of light and love but as my teacher Crow reminds me, sometimes people transfer negative energy onto us with out realising and sometimes they just out for us. It’s taken me years to understand that to be on the path of spiritual awakening means making friends with the dark. In myself, in others and in the world. Without the dark we can’t appreciate the light. Without the lows we couldn’t appreciate the highs. Once we understand duality we can move towards the highest understanding, non duality and universal love. Always remember that facing the darkness in an act of courage. 06.01.2022 As an intuitive empath, healer, yoga teacher, astrologer and most importantly mama I have spent so much time containing and protecting my energy during the first few months of the year. It’s to make sure I have enough to go around and also have a little left over for my own inner work. Suitable for both beginners or experienced yogis, so regardless of your experience, you’ll be able to work to your level, and walk away with a greater awareness (or reminders) of the what and the why of yoga. Vinyasa: ( translates to flowing with breath) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales. It creates a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Yin/Restorative: A modern-day movement with lineage inspired teachings. This class starts with a slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Yin poses are passive stretches held for minutes at a time. They prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension. A lot of floor work and a focus on supported poses.
