13.01.2022 So this happened! What a beautiful honour. I was recently given the opportunity to reflect on my two mother blessingways when I was asked to write an article for the latest edition of Birthing magazine released just last week. These are some of my most treasured memories with true soul sisters. These sacred ceremonies made a incredible difference in my self belief that I could indeed birth naturally at home as my heart desired. Blessingways are incredibly powerful, connecti...ng and encouraging events that bring the bonding of ancient sisterhood traditions to modern day feminine friendships. Whatever the new chapter of a lady's life, be it womanhood, marriage, motherhood, a new passion/heart venture, moving into a new path of self honour and love, or claiming the right of family matriachy, a blessingway ceremony ensures you are upheld in love, blessing and support by those closest to you. I'm so privileged to now facilitate these feminine ceremonies for beautiful sisters desiring the blessing of their closest, inner circle loved ones. Its one way we do life lovingly, together as a sisterhood.

06.01.2022 One of my favourite moments to hold space & prayer for a soul sister is when she is performing the miraculous act of birth. I had the joy of doing this a few weeks ago for my soul sister Naomi as she brought her beautiful princess Stella into the world. This candle was her gift for each friend at her Blessingway. It was given with the intention that we hold space and prayer for her when she entered labour. ... Everytime I am honoured with this precious and sacred favour I feel the greatest sense of joy, wonder and excitement. I'm a crazy fan of birth and the superpowers of the femine! To support a sister as she steps into one of the greatest accomplishments of her life is such a blessing. It has become a tradition for me that I place the lit candle near this figurine called 'Surrounded in Love'. It significes to me the incredible power of loving support. It epitomizes the gift that sisterhood offers a woman when she is coming into her greatness. Here is a few of the beautiful candles lit in the same time, holding the same space for our beautiful labouring friend. I always hear how profoundly nourishing and supporting this energy feels when reflecting with a mum as she holds her earth child.
