25.01.2022 An interesting job we completed recently, a customer wanted an old trolley modified to include a large luggage basket on top (aviation industry) and cylinder trays beneath. It basically ended in a complete redesign, to accommodate the requirements, but turned out fantastic and the customer was stoked with the result!

24.01.2022 Another recent job that was a little different, they are banner stands for a church. The largest was three metres tall and four metres long. After completion we had a call from the church to say they have made an error as their largest door was two metres tall. We then cut the larger in two and created a sleeve so they could re assemble once inside.

23.01.2022 Office clock in the making!! Some Monday morning procrastination.

23.01.2022 Some more Trolleys this week, these are destined for the Medical Industry as Oxygen Bottle trolleys. They highlight some of our skills in pipe bending and rings made of both flat Bar as pictured or round bar. Colour is Satin white.

21.01.2022 Something every large engine overhaul company needs. A crankshaft stand x2 please! Frame is 100x100x10mm angle with 40x40x4mm SHS legs and Chanel for fork pockets. Ply board fixed and all painted in house!

18.01.2022 Nothing really outstanding or different of late hence the lack of posting. The closest thing outside of our standard product range this week is this Gas Bottle Cage. It will be fixed via internal brackets to the floor and wall to secure Gas Bottles.

17.01.2022 What is it? An old friend from the carton game needed a mobile corner stacker made up. The end user sits the unit in the container (it has Fork Pockets and lockable wheels) with a pallet on it and allows them to neatly stack the cartons. The door then swings open for easy pallet removal.

17.01.2022 Some more Custom made trolleys to the customers specification this week. The colour is Blaze Blue and looks like it would almost glow in the dark!

14.01.2022 Another regular product for us, Stainless Steel Grills for Commercial kitchens. We regularly produce custom stainless items for the medical industry as well.

13.01.2022 Something else a little different this week, a couple of stainless steel cooking baskets for a commercial kitchen.

12.01.2022 This week we made some stainless steel Endoscope cleaning baskets....Sheffield Metal Fabrication, making the things that help clean the things that go in your B?? Ummmm not much of a jingle is it!

12.01.2022 A customer wanted to hide an ugly power cabinet in one corner of the office, and at the same time create a hidden chill-out work space in the corner. We made the plant rack for them which will eventually have a lot more plants on top and hanging to create a little wall.

09.01.2022 This week we produced a kitchen bench frame that will be exposed on the open end, made to the customers design. The frame is made from 50x50x4mm SHS so should be good for parking tanks on if the need arises!

08.01.2022 Another interesting job this month was the design and build of a Roll cage carrier for Coles Distribution centre. The carrier is capable of carrying 1.5 tonnes of trolleys with the intention of speeding up their warehouse movements.

05.01.2022 Control box cover recently manufactured and installed by us for a shire at a footy oval! We added a cover inside the door to stop tampering with switches while allowing warning light status to be seen. Turned out great

03.01.2022 LARGE SCALE BILLY CART, is what I thought when we finished. Customers rough sketch supplied for this water tank cart. It will be attached to his tow bar for short range towing of four large empty tanks on his property......cheaper than crane hire Im guessing?

02.01.2022 The latest invention for a customer, they required a floating trap with a mirror at the rear and a flag alert when the trap is activated. The trap sits amongst the reeds and is not visible from the bank.
