23.01.2022 School returns Monday! The Premier has announced that restrictions have lifted and schools will be open from Monday as usual. We look forward to welcoming all students back.... Please continue to only come onto the school grounds at the beginning and end of the day. Also remember that we still have no parents in classrooms, hallways or the courtyard. Please also remember social distancing. I am in the process of finding out if our concerts next Friday can go ahead and will give a further update once I have this information. Thanks again for your support during this time. Jennie-Marie

21.01.2022 Tomorrow is Mud Day! Students need to bring old clothes that can get muddy, which they will change into at lunch time (Reception and class 1 students can come to school with these clothes under their uniform to make changing easier). It is recommended this change of clothes include gum boots. ... If your child is going to OSHC they also need to bring a plastic bag for dirty clothes and clean clothes to change back into. Please be prepared that your child will be muddy upon pick up! Ideas to keep your car clean are old towels and plastic coverings e.g. garbage bags to keep mud off of seats and floors.

15.01.2022 Update: With the new confirmed cases of COVID in SA it is vital that you keep your child home if they have any flu like symptoms and continue to practice good hygiene and social distancing. It is also imperative that any volunteers stay at home if you feel unwell. If you have cold or flu like symptoms you should seek medical advice and get tested for COVID-19 asap. https://www.sahealth.sa.gov.au//latest+updates/latest+upda

14.01.2022 Dear families, With the lockdown about to commence tonight we have been busy working around what this will look like for our community. The advice I have received from our CEO is that schools are closed for the next 4 working days except to those children of essential workers who need to work outside of the home. We expect this to be a very small percentage of our families. ... If you are an essential worker and no one is home to care for your children they can come to school over the lockdown period. There will be a skeleton staff that will be supervising this small group of children. Please refer to the letter of advice provided on our TeamApp this afternoon. Thank you for your support on this crazy day. Please stay safe. Jennie-Marie

04.01.2022 Today we stood in silence to reflect and remember the fallen men and women who have lost their lives in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping efforts - we will remember them. Lest We Forget. At this time each year, on the wall to our library entrance, we commemorate those who have served by displaying photos, information and books. Many of these photos have been brought in by students who have family members that have served or are still serving the country. It is a wonderful way of involving students in learning the history of Remembrance Day. If you have a photo or other item you would like to share, please send a copy to school with your child.
