25.01.2022 Here it is! Get yourself ready for your Christmas challenge. Starting off strong with 50 reps and only performing this once and increasing sets to 2 and then 3 sets as the weeks go on. Good luck!

23.01.2022 This weeks bootcamp plan - Please do this workout plan every second day. In between days, you can focus on your stomach and cardio. This can be done without resting. ... You can do extra core exercises such as sit-ups or crunches. Hill runs and stairs can be done every day or even a light jog. Perform each of the exercises on the bootcamp plan 15 times, except for the bicycle workout - Perform the bicycle exercise for 60 seconds and sprinting up the stairs 10 times. This should be repeated 3 times for the more advanced participate. Otherwise only do this twice. I would like you to continue this workout plan for a period of 30 days or until we return to bootcamp. Please let me know if you have any questions.

16.01.2022 Acai goodness! My favourite meal of the day is breakfast. I can't get enough of this! it's really low in calories and in sugar! Need: frozen acai pack ( bought from the health shop) frozen banana, half cup of water and handful of berries. ... Blend all these ingredients in a blender. Once smooth, pour into a bowl. Then add strawberries, muesli and banana on top! Who's going to give this a try?

02.01.2022 Hey ladies, I have to attend Penrith BC tonight as we only do two sessions there but next Wednesday I have planned an extra long intense workout I will be putting you through to make up for this session. Starting at 6:30pm until 8pm! ... Sorry for cancelled workout. I am going to do this more often - hopefully monthly if it's popular or as a surprise session or make up workout. The workout will be variety of different exercises including boxing, weights, ab blasting and cardio throughout the entire session - you won't stop through the workout. I think this will be good to change it up!

The reps per leg are mentioned in the challenge below. The Sit up is a full sit up, if you can't do a full Sit up yet, that's ok! you can go into crunches until you build up abdominal strength. ... I would love to see everyone take part in this challenge. We will do one day of the challenge at bootcamp and the other days you will do at home. Enjoy!
