One cup of baked sweet potato provides nearly half of your daily vitamin C needs. ... The same portion also supplies 400%(!) of your recommended daily intake of vitamin A. Both nutrients are vital for supporting immune function, which is especially important during cold and flu season. Vitamin A is also key for maintaining healthy skin, vision, and organ function. Full of nutritious goodness, and not skimping on the fun!... 2 whole lemons 4cm piece ginger root 4cm piece of turmeric 1 pineapple 50ml orange juice 200ml vodka (optional of course!) -Put the lemon, ginger, turmeric, and pineapple through a juicer. -Pour the juice into a large jug and stir through the vodka and orange juice. -Serve over ice and enjoy straight away!

That’s what led us to build SJDI.... We thought about where we would like to train and what we would like to do. The design and vision for our studio was birthed from this. We’re all about creating an environment that works for the individual!
