Just before lockdown hit, Chef Lochy represented @Shelbournehotel in the National Coopers Burger Hero Final cook off. Judges Jimmy Hurlston and the beer gods at Coopers Brewery decided that the Shelbourne Burger was the BEST! Winning the Burger Hero title! BURGER HERO: Coopers Pale Ale brined chicken thigh, house made beer pickles, American cheese, lettuce, beer infused bbq sauce on a milk bun with a side of shoestring fries. $19 All day every day.
