14.01.2022 WHO DIGS YOUR GARDENS NEEDS??? Meet the team from Sheldons Gardening & Landscaping; Mat, Co-Owner & Little Boss!... Mat has always been passionate about people & gardens with his first after school job, (many years ago), working for a nursery. He is extremely easy going, approachable & thoroughly enjoys his work and the people he meets. Mat leads his team positively and looks after the lawn mowing, general gardening & guttering divisions. Bel, Co-Owner & Big Boss! Bel loves meeting people & is very sociable. She has a passion for design & helping people achieve spaces that suit their needs & lifestyle and therefore looks after the landscaping division. Bel also looks after everything administrative because she’s a great little organiser. Jack, Manager. A dedicated manager who has been with the business since day one. Jack is Bel & Mats son & has the same amount of passion for people that his parents do. He runs his trailer efficiently & leads his team very well. Jack is very approachable & has a great sense of humour, our clients love him & the great service he gives. Brock. The youngest son of Bel and Mat who started working casually in the business when it started. Finishing year 12 last year, Brock has been working full time with us since. Brock too is extremely approachable, very level headed & is very much the quiet achiever. Brock is off to uni next year in Canberra & we’ll be sorry to see him go however, you may still see him working when home on the holidays. Joey. Another senior staff member who has been with us for about 2 years. His previous job was with a similar business so he has plenty of experience under his belt. Joey is extremely hard working, knowledgeable and very polite. We love his ‘can do’ attitude and his aim of keeping our clients happy. Ismet. Our apprentice who whilst working full time, is also completing his gardening apprenticeship. Although young, Ismet is a quick learner who has a great sense of humour and is extremely likeable. Ismet too is approachable & gets along with both clients & staff very well. We love having him as part of the team & family. Marc. One of our newer staff members, Marc has started his landscaping apprenticeship. He is reliable, dedicated and hard working. He is a keen learner who if continues at his current rate, will not have the ‘L’ plates of gardening on for long at all. He prides himself on doing the job right & pleasing our clients which is what we love to see. Ethan. Our newest staff member starting with us only a few weeks ago. Ethan is definitely another quiet achiever. He has picked up the requirements quickly and easily and is proving himself to be a very valuable staff member. 02.01.2022 Here is some weeding the boys completed today. They are fast workers. After weeding we spray the area with a special spray that prevents the weeds growing back for up to nine months!
