Open the camera on your smartphone 2. Hover the phone camera over the code. 3. 07.01.2022 Hip flexor stretches Stretching your hip flexors can help: decrease lower back, hip, groin or knee pain increase your stride length ... improve your posture Pictured are some simple hip flexor stretches you can try: 1. Kneeling hip flexor stretch - kneel on your right knee - put your left foot on the floor in front of you with your left knee at a 90 degree angle - push your hips forward keeping a straight back - do the same on the other side 2. Standing hip flexor stretch - while standing, place one foot on a seat behind you - slightly bend your standing leg and push your hips forward 3. Standing quadricep stretch - bend your right knee and bring your right heel up toward your butt - hold your right foot with your right hand and gently pull your knee toward the floor - do the same on the other side Aim to do these stretches 2-3 times holding for 30 seconds each time.
