15.01.2022 *****IMPORTANT INFORMATION-please read**** A massive thank you to all of those who have purchased pre sale ride arm bands in the past 24 hours . We are now ver...y close to our ticket sales goal. To allay any concerns people may have I have contacted the ride operator and I can advise the following: *if we do not make the minimum sales required the RIDES WILL STILL GO AHEAD! (weather permitting of course) The profits that come back to the school from ticket sales will however be reduced to make allowances for this. So if you can please pre purchase your tickets online as this means more money coming back to our school. *pre sale tickets will be available until midday tomorrow- that’s 12pm Thursday 25th October 2018 *presale tickets can be purchased from the following link https://www.trybooking.com/XYHO *some people have been experiencing technical difficulties in accessing the try booking site. I can assure you the site is up and running. Please try reloading the page, using chrome or another device if you are having problems. *if the rides are cancelled prior to 6am the day of the event due to poor weather, tickets will be refunded via the try booking website. Deposits will be made back onto people's accounts/cards, no intervention is required by ticket holders. No hassles. Hopefully this allays the concerns people have been having and answers everyone’s questions. I will reiterate again that this event is run 100% by a very small team of volunteers with full time jobs, businesses, study and family commitments so please read all the information carefully before asking questions or providing comments. 100% of money raised goes back into resources for our school and our kids. The people who run this and contribute hundreds of hours of their ‘free time’ do it for no personal benefit apart from the benefits that flow to ALL of the students at SPS. If you have constructive comments about how we can improve processes or if you have any issues, the November P&C meeting is on Wednesday 14th November at 630pm in the staff room.
