25.01.2022 Our spiritual home Jock Brown Oval looking a peach for Saturday’s practice match against Tuggeranong Hawks. Ladies 12.30 hit off so get down to watch 2 greats clubs go head to head followed by the mens

25.01.2022 What a big week for the Suns with Russ Stewart agreeing to coach the Suns in season 2021 and beyond. A level 2 coach who has been involved with the Northern Knights and Western Jets in the TAC Cup. A move to Canberra has seen Russ coach at ANU, Gungaghlin and Ainslie plus working with GWS Giants Academy. Russell will be great with our younger players and his experience should see the Suns move up the ladder in 2021

24.01.2022 THIS IS MASSIVE Dual Best and Fairest, SCAFL team of the year, ex Hawthorn scholarship holder Mitch Bates has signed on for Season 2020. Mitch travelled Europe last year and was sorely missed. He brings class, experience and leadership to the Suns along with ridiculous good looks

22.01.2022 Great to see our girls repping the Suns at the snow today. What a great way to prepare for a grand final

20.01.2022 Good to see ex Osborne and Leeton midfielder Jacob Chant sign with the Suns. A hard nut who can go forward and kick a goal will be a welcome addition as we look to climb the ladder in 2021

20.01.2022 We’re please to announce the signing of Troy Price who is a hard running midfielder with elite skill. Ex South Adelaide SANFL, Collingullie RFL and Ainslie in the NEAFL and ACTAFL. Welcome to the Suns Pricey

17.01.2022 Two more sleeps to round 6, good luck to all teams involved

15.01.2022 Massive, he’s back. Dual best and fairest runner up Kade Kentwell has re signed after travelling Europe last year. A versatile player with elite speed and endurance that was sorely missed. Looks like season 2020 will be a big one for The Suns

12.01.2022 Do you know any 16-17yr old boys that are keen to try a new sport this winter or may be looking at getting back into footy after some time off...? Shellharbour Swans Junior AFL are looking for extra numbers for their U17’s and are calling for guys of all experience levels to come along to training or contact Gav Mckinnon or John De Sousa for more details.

12.01.2022 Last game of the season for the Prems and it’s massive. A loss will see us with the wooden spoon and a win we go into next season with some momentum and knowing there’s still plenty of improvement in this group...

09.01.2022 Good to see over 50 guys and girls at training tonight. Plenty of volume getting into the players legs with lots of running. Competition for spots will be tight with so much talent coming into the Suns this year

09.01.2022 Preseason starts on the hottest ever day in Shellharbour. Great numbers to kick off season 2021 and welcome new coach Russ Stewart. See all players Monday 6.00pm Myimbar

03.01.2022 Congratulations to our first ever league medalist Zoe Dignam in her first full year of AFL. We are so proud of all our ladies and wish them all the best in the grand final on Saturday

02.01.2022 Sometimes a footy club just isn’t about putting a team on the park and winning or losing. It’s about people, it’s about a community, it’s about life which features highs and lows. Last week I got a request from @tr3n7c asking if his dad Pete who is doing it tough at the moment could have a Suns jumper sent up to Brisbane. Why a Suns jumper? Shellharbour is one of Pete’s favourite places in the world so it was a pleasure to send a jumper and put a smile on his face

02.01.2022 Another big day of AFL at Myimbar Oval tomorrow featuring the two top of the table clashes that will most likely be a preview to this years Grand Final

02.01.2022 Not long to go now before we test ourselves against Jimmy Rices Tuggeranong Hawks who have also recruited heavily. Our women will be keen to see if all the running has paid off. Get down to Jock Brown early to The Suns run around

01.01.2022 Our first ever senior premiership. So proud of these girls and the way they represent our Club. Congratulations Graeme Perry Talarah Bull and your awesome team, it’s going to be a big couple of days

01.01.2022 Big week for the Suns with the excitement machine Ryan Dunn signing on the dotted line. Hailing from Leeton where he has come off 24 goals in 7 matches in one of the toughest leagues in the state. A highly rated junior who was part of GWS Academy and Indigenous Academy. Welcome to the Suns Dunny

01.01.2022 Let’s put 2020 behind us and start fresh for season 2021. Come meet Russ Stewart our new coach, meet some of our recruits and if you’re keen for a run next year get down. There will be a BBQ and drinks after
