09.01.2022 This was our first time travelling to the NT. We spent five amazing nights in October for our 20th Wedding anniversary Let’s talk transport: Early morning start with @coastlinelimousines picking us up at 6.15am. We were quick to pop the bubbles ... Sydney Airport was deserted with most shops closed including McDonald’s But we still managed to get some breakfast as we were told in advance that Jetstar would not have food service unless pre-paid. Jetstar provided a ‘fly-well’ pack and masks were not compulsory. Flight was 3 hrs 35 mins. The pilot flew past Uluru and then turned around back to the airport so both sides of the plane could view it from the air! Very impressive Flight home had full service which we were not expecting We had a massive dust storm overnight and the sand had affected the satellite. There was no internet service in Yulara or the Airport. Checking in was done manually and only 1 staff member available. Currently there are no food facilities open at the Connellan Airport. 06.01.2022 Huskisson Sept/Oct 2020 We spent 11 nights @holiday_haven White Sands. We had a site change mid trip as we extended our stay. First time on a drive through site. We are a regular to this park, so it has sentimental value. It is my favourite beach to photograph & chill. It mesmerises me. Crystal clear, very little waves & famous for its white sand. We took our daughter on her first pub crawl, horse riding through fire recovering rainforests & bush land, Bigfoot rides & wine t...asting @coolangatta_estate, swimming & SUP. We had 2 other families staying with us & we introduced them to the game of Sequence, which became a daily challenge. 06.01.2022 Don't panic about the future of cruising. It is clearly stating that this decision is based on the Christmas period and offering customers certainty. They also are not Australian based so being super cautious with the December 17th border date.
