Their online support group are available to all young people aged 18 -29 year olds, who live in and around Sydney, and that includes us in the Illawarra !... Open Up is a discussion space, where participants can chat with other young people facing similar experiences. Each session provides an opportunity for you to connect with other young people, and the sessions are facilitated by other young people. 22.01.2022 New COVID-19 Safety Guidelines Last night the Federal Government made some more restrictions to encourage everyone to #StayAtHome and #StopTheSpread For Shellharbour this means:... Public areas including skate parks, playgrounds, outdoor gyms are temporarily closed Groups of people hanging outside is max 2 people (excluding family members). Social distancing still applies - being 1.5m apart from other people 1.5METERS Police can give a fine to anyone not following the new guidelines. Avoid standing too close to someone, and also being in a big group of mates What you can still: Go for a walk or ride outside if you need a break, but avoid getting too close to friends and strangers Go shopping for essential things like food and medicine Go to health and medical appointments eg doctor, medical centre, specialist, psychs and counsellors Hit up youtube for fitness and exercise tips to try in your backyard, lounge room or garage
