23.01.2022 Been a hot minute since I have been able to go over head so super happy to be moving without pain. Also, today was the first day that Luke and I have done a class together since opening Nook!

21.01.2022 In a time of so much loss it can be incredibly hard to see the positives. The positives are still there, in fact there are so many of them. So instead of focusing on what you have lost focus on creating a new normal and adapt to the new situation you’re in. At the end of the day if you, your family and friends are healthy and safe than that is really all that matters.

16.01.2022 TEETHING sucks so much! We have been pretty lucky to have not had any real teething issues until now but my gosh it sucks. Fevers, drooling, no appetite, little sleep and so very many tears. The days are longer than usual and I just want to take her pain away. Always open to any tips or tricks to help us through this horrible stage! #16monthsold #teething
