23.01.2022 Our School Readiness and Transition to School information night. Thank you to our guest speaker Mr Justin Coupland the Principal of St John Vianney who spoke about the expectations of a kindergarten student. Our educators Ms Candice and Ms Belinda also discussed the School Readiness and Transition program at our centre. Thank you to all the families who attended last night!

22.01.2022 Today we welcomed our Chief Shepherd Metropolitan Basilios accompanied by Abouna Ephram. The children and staff really enjoyed talking to Sayedna during his special visit. Thank you Sayedna for your time. Many years Master !!

13.01.2022 Under the patronage of the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese, we have the blessing to resume our St Emilia Young Mum Group meetings! Date: First THURSDAY of every... month @ 10am. Next meeting Thursday 1st October. Venue: The Archdiocese has kindly offered the NEW Antiochian Youth Centre (8 Henry St, Punchbowl) to host our meetings which has great access for mums with prams and brand new facilities. COVID conditions: - Capacity is limited to 20 people, so please register each month by privately messaging this FB page OR Khouriyeh Natalie Daher on 0402 642 042. - BYO snacks and toys for kids to ensure hygiene and safety.

04.01.2022 Thank you Troy Allen who performed Wadgini- Kindy an Indigenous show for the children and educators today. Troy shared his Aboriginal stories, music and culture past and present. Troy combined dance, storytelling and music and encouraged the children and staff to join him in the dance as they all mimicked the kangaroo, emu and other Australian animals using their newly learnt movements that stretch back thousands of years. The children were really engaged with the show. Once again thank you Troy and we hope to see you in the near future!!
