20.01.2022 Well done to Renee, Annie and Tharaka for their participation in the 27hr spin ride at EFM gym Glenelg, to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease through Fight MND. 16.01.2022 Practice Update: Dr Tharaka will be spending the next few weeks away from the Shepherds Hill Dental Centre as he has departed for another army training block in NSW. While he is away from the practice (returning Oct 5th), Dr Jasper and Dr Renee will be available every day to look after you so don't hesitate to contact us. Upon his return, Tharaka will also be self-isolating for two weeks.

16.01.2022 COVID-19 LOCKDOWN RESPONSE FROM SHDC. Following the lockdown restrictions in South Australia, we will be closing the Shepherds Hill Dental Centre practice until the 6-day lockdown is complete. The practice will re-open on Wednesday the 25th of November pending any further restriction extensions. Patients who have appointments booked during the next week will be contacted to confirm our closure and to reschedule when we reopen. 15.01.2022 Renee's Big Chop! Dr Renee Ashby has made the decision to cut and donate her hair to be made into a wig. The wig is made for someone who has lost their hair due to a medical condition. She will be chopping off 35.5cm or more on the 26/10/2020.... 12.01.2022 Shepherds Hill Dental Centre would like to announce that one of our much-loved hygienists, Jenny Both, has recently retired. Jenny has been part of the Shepherds Hill Dental family for nearly twenty years and she has taken excellent care of her patients over that time. Jenny's care has allowed her patients to improve their oral health, beat gum disease, and in some cases, even quit smoking. Her professionalism and dedication to her patients was second to none, and her infectious laugh and kind nature will be missed by all of us here at the practice. Jenny has recently been blessed with three grandchildren and is looking forward to spending time with them. We thank her for her service and for the memories and wish her all the best for the future.

03.01.2022 27-hour Spin to fight MND! A number of SHDC staff will be participating in a charity event to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease research. Dr Renee, Dr Tharaka and Annie will each be cycling for 1 hour over the event with the aim to keep the spin bikes moving for 27-hours straight. The event starts at 7am, Friday the 6th of November and carries on until 10am Saturday the 7th, with a sausage sizzle and lucky prize draw at the end!...
