10.01.2022 I saw a post card at a non-physio colleague's clinic the other day. I encourage you to have a look and recommend the website to teens and young women to reinforce the message that we are all different, normal and that female anatomy is complex and beautiful. 04.01.2022 SHE Precautions relating to corona virus: Your wellbeing and health are important to SHE, and we wanted to make sure you know what SHE is doing surrounding COVID-19. - SHE Physio Pilates is following government guidelines in relation to personal and clinic hygiene standards as always. We do not have masks at this practice as per guidelines. Staff will stay home if unwell. - It is wise not to come to your appointment If you are unwell or have been in contact with someone ...who is suspected to have COVID-19. Please will you email SHE before your appointment to advise that you will not be coming to your appointment. Annette will call you to discuss alternatives including facetime/skype and home visits. - Please let SHE know if you are concerned about your immunity we can come to you instead. - There is hand sanitiser next to the front door for you to use when you arrive. - If you are attending a Pilates session please will you bring a towel to place on the equipment.
