It also indicates an infest...ation of scale, mealy bugs or some other sap sucking/honey dew producing pest. The remedy is to spray every two weeks with an oil spray until it disappears. It will usually take 6 weeks (3 sprays), but probably 3 months (6 sprays) on this specimen! See more
