25.01.2022 Some good letters in the Shepparton News this week looks like ratepayers are getting sick of councilors antics $465000 to get an apology out of 1 councilor how much did they spend getting rid of Milvan Muto the mind boggles? Can't afford to fix our heritage buildings or give out tip tickets how stupid do you think we are. Let's make a big change this election get rid of the slackers. The only decent councilor is leaving should of stayed Fern you'd be mayor.

24.01.2022 I see Lost Shepparton site is going to start a campaign to rebuild the the Post office clock and Tower this is a positive move so let's hope everyone gets behind it even the City Council. Thanks Lost Shepparton.

23.01.2022 Check out the buildings that have disappeared thanks to our mischievous councilors of the past. Let's make our votes count this next election say no to SAM unless they use one of our dilapidated heritage buildings and restore it for future generations to enjoy. Who wants our lake foreshore destroyed wake up SHEPPARTON look to the future but preserve the past our kids and grandkids deserve it. This council is definitely not listening, if we have to have a whole new council so be it.

22.01.2022 Sad to say but it looks like we have voted in another council of Duds this talk of the Mall wake up and get rid of it Its like SAM at the lake most people don't want it. Why not build SAM in the Mall then we'll all know where to stay away from you can have all the places no one wants to go in 1 place. Seriously do these councilors live in Shepparton or not picnic in the Mall is that a joke, we already had successful little food shops there and council in their wisdom pulled them down. C'mon CITY COUNCIL think and listen this type of idiocy has been going on for 50years at least wake up or hand the job over to people who want the best for this city

21.01.2022 These are photos of old fuel sites in Shepparton the top one is the SAM site the other's have been sitting vacant for many years yet the SAM site is going ahead in front of them. I was talking to an ex employee of the Lake service station who remembers a big leak in one of the tanks in the mid 70s just after the floods yet our clever council people can pass this site for rebuilding yet the other's that have been sitting for years can't cut it. As Pauline would say PLEASE EXPLAIN

The council is asking for submissions for the railway overpass which will bring thousands of visitors to Shepparton are these councillors delusional or am I wrong and we will see large mobs of people walking to the lake every day.

14.01.2022 Shepparton Post office as I remember it I can't believe we have all these new councilors and they're not trying to rescue our heritage buildings this photo is proof of what we had,it seems that SAM is more important than the 100 year old buildings that have been burned out. We should maybe aim for tourists that want to see what a city that has been Nuked looks like they could use these buildings for horror movies ,Ideal for a Zombie movie maybe, might draw more clients than Sam

14.01.2022 The Stupidity has won Shepparton city council has decided to build a monstrosity at the lake that nobody except the arty farty want.Stuff the Mooroopna hospital and The Shepparton hotel we want to look out of our biggest courthouse in country Victoria at a burnt down Hotel. If that upsets us at least we can go to lake and see an architect designed monstrosity which we probably have to pay for the privilege to get into. Exciting times are on the way. WHOOPIE council remember we voted you in?

11.01.2022 Here is another photo of the Post office that disappeared because councilors didn't care, The PO was demolished on the pretence that it would be rebuilt this never happened and people in the know were able to buy bits of it. Lots of the bricks were used for paving some Real estate agent's actually profited out of this miscarriage of justice. Maybe time for this crime to be solved.

09.01.2022 Our City council has struck again when they should be helping sort the drug problem out. They spend ratepayers money fighting a drug facility that most people in Shepparton want, anyway they lost and common sense won sorry councillors you still aren't listening to the people who voted for you. We have heritage buildings falling apart and you guys are spending our money on white elephants and court cases.

07.01.2022 Why can't we have more councilors like Fern Summer this city is falling apart its like Nero watching Rome burn let's admit it our new councillors are dudds SAM goes ahead stuff what the ratepayers think! meanwhile Mooroopna hospital and The Shepparton Hotel deteriorate. What are you councilors scared of the Ghost of John Gray. Real estate agents rule this city smash the Mall put a Supermarket back in the middle of Shepp give us back some toilets ,piss off the Parking Meters bring us into the 21st century but retain and utilize some of the past.

05.01.2022 I see they need $4 million to get SAM started lets hope they don't dip into ratepayers money as most people don't want SAM council really is a joke, we have heritage buildings rotting away and they are twidling their thumbs SHAME city council

05.01.2022 Looks like the Shepparton city council gets sacked at the end of the month if Daniel Andrews gets his way bit sad for democracy. But maybe the end of SAM we can only hope I kept saying they weren't listening looks like I was right.

05.01.2022 Shepparton city council has this idea about Commonwealth games maybe we should support it. Rebuild the Shepparton hotel and Mooroopna hospital as accommodation. Put a replica of the Post office as a railway Station. Trains arriving every hour on the hour. Large international airport maybe we could have Trams. 24 hour Buses 7 days a week , Sorry to get you excited we are in a Safe seat. Which means these things can't happen. But dreams make the World go around.
