23.01.2022 As if there weren’t enough roadworks ATM, we’re fixing up the car park with concrete being poured tomorrow. So parking for the week will be limited to the grassed area which you can enter from the big gates at the Lake St corner, or on the street. Except for Monday, there’ll also be space for a couple of cars just in the driveway. Please take care if backing into Lake St!

17.01.2022 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!! The clinic is thirty (30)! Yes, thirty years ago today and not long back from China, I opened in Maude Street in a couple of rooms of the old Lister House building. I had a vision of Chinese Medicine becoming a serious part of our health system, and a full head of hair. Luckily the vision held out! I'd like to thank all the patients, practitioners and support staff who've turned that vision into reality over the past three decades.

14.01.2022 Not something most Australians would consider, but from my experience results can be quick and dramatic. Treatment is short, as are the tears - usually only a few tiny needles and for a few seconds each. SO much easier than treating kids, who quickly develop the skill of emotional manipulation and start crying (fake & real) as soon as they walk into the room!

14.01.2022 So here's the plans for the new intersection to incorporate the rail crossing, SAM carpark, Macintosh and Wyndham Streets. It means you'll be able to turn right on your way back into town, and we can wander across to SAM for lunch in the waterside cafe. There's also a groovy video of a simulated fly-by. 13.01.2022 First two instalments of our traditional formula HERB ART. I’m hoping to make about 10 or so for a display in the waiting room, to celebrate the long awaited opening of the new Art Museum across the road (I’m thinking there’s still a couple of months before that happens). You’ll be able to check out some of the things you’re cooking up!

08.01.2022 View from the arch: Work is well underway on the new intersection in front of the clinic. Please allow a few extra minutes if you’re coming in, especially from the south end (no right turns into Macintosh ATM). Let’s hope it’s not the same mob that did the Benalla Rd roundabout which took over 12 months to complete!!

After some abdominal surgery patient Jen (not her real name) is administering hers via a temporary jejenal tube straight into her small intestine. That’s what I call Integrative Medicine! Jen reckons the taste is much improved by this method .
