24.01.2022 Starting 19th October Please find below the Outdoor Bootcamp Times & Days that i will operate until we are allowed back into the Gym * These are based of a 2 week period untill we can open...... Each session will be between 40-45 minutes Cost $15 a session Mon Wed Fri The gym (car park) Functional training 6:30am 5:00pm (mon&Wed) 6:00pm (mon&Wed) Tuesday & thursdays Deakin reserve Boxing sessions 6:30am 5:00pm 6:00pm Groups are capped at 10. If you are doing the boxing sessions must have your own gloves and Pads! Please message us to book your spot.

Youth 12-16yrs 45mins Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm start Junior 7-11yrs 30mins Tuesday 4:00pm start I would just like to remind our members the following details - Sign in on Arrival - No spectators sorry (drop off and pick up) - Must have own gloves, hand towel, water bottle & mouthguard - Do not go running around the gym or touching equipment before your session starts - Hand sanitiser is to be used on entry into the Gym, face mask worn into and when leaving gym. - Please clean equipment & put back exactly how you got it after your finished - Maintain social distancing
