19.01.2022 Exciting news! Gameplan On Tuesday the 9 March 2021, you are invited to attend one of 2 National Conference calls with SportAus and The Australian Croquet Acad...emy to introduce Game Plan. Call One: Queensland Tasmania and New South Wales 6-00pm 7-00pm (AEDT, Tas 6pm AEDT, NSW 6pm AEST, QLD 5pm ) Call Two: Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia 7-00pm 8-00pm (AEDT, Vic 7pm ACDT, SA 6-30pm, AWST WA 4-00pm) Game Plan is an online self-assessment tool aimed at helping clubs examine how they are operating. The checklist looks at a number of different factors that are crucial to success at club level and together these factors are used to build an overall picture of the way clubs carry out their operations. Once all questions are answered, a detailed report is generated that identifies improvements and growth areas for the club and organisation. Put simply, SportAus Game Plan helps clubs improve and perform at their best. Want more information? Watch the SportAus video via this link: https://youtu.be/ooFZnHinlak Any questions? 09.01.2022 The GVCA Executive have suggested that as Covid restrictions have eased we revisit running a short season of Golf Croquet Pennant. If your club is interested in fielding a team could they be forward to the GVCA Golf Pennant Co-ordinator via your Club Golf Captains. If team/teams are in by Friday 2nd October, play could commence on Thursday 8th October. Depending on team numbers, we should be able to play at least one Home & Away round followed by finals. Finals format may nee...d adjusting and maybe played in December. As Euroa is not registering a team, it means that all other clubs are in the NSW/Vic border region and are able to travel freely. A border pass will be required. If anyone is interested in playing please let Margaret Gleeson (Golf Captain) know ASAP.

09.01.2022 If you have been away on holidays please check if you have been to these locations.

09.01.2022 Our AC Captain said that it was so lovely to have the pleasure of our Life Member Barb Wheelhouse come to play last Saturday, she has been such a wonderful club member and it was a joy to see her on the lawn again, we had 11 players and we all enjoyed the sunshine and great company.

06.01.2022 Well done Rich River and Di, it made the Shepparton News today as well.

06.01.2022 Current restrictions

06.01.2022 Silence of our greens during this short five day lock down period due to Covid-19.

05.01.2022 Members and visitors please note with our now open clubrooms. There are still conditions on the use of our facilities, in line with health department rules, which we are required to follow. *THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO CAN BE IN OUR SPACE AT ANY ONE TIME IS NOW 8. This has changed from the last time we opened because the density quotient is now 8 square meters per person. That means that some people will have to have their cuppa outside, but at least we can now have a cuppa.... * Signing in continues * Masks must still be worn at all times * Social distancing must be adhered to at all times * Hygiene practices of frequently washing hands and /or sanitising are to be continued. * Cleaning of equipment continues * Cleaning and sanitising of surfaces continues e.g tables benches toilets etc. The above are things that we are already doing and are used to and while they maybe a bit of a pain, these measures are aimed at keeping us all safe so that restrictions can soon be eased further and we can get closer to normal.

04.01.2022 Something to aim for

02.01.2022 Our courts are closed for today and tomorrow (Sunday and Monday.) They were sprayed this morning with chemicals to kill the poana clusters and other broadleaf weeds.

02.01.2022 The roses are finished blooming, but the bottle brushes are still attracting the birds as the players enjoy their first Tuesday morning session as we are now on summer time starts.
